Pet Haven Returns Policy
Please see below for the guidelines for returns. If there is ever a situation where we are at fault, we must ensure a timely exchange for the correct items.
Returns
If pethaven.ie supplies an item incorrectly to you, we will accept it for exchange or refund provided it is in perfect condition.
Incorrectly supplied goods can be returned to any of our branches or by post to Pet Haven Head Office, Units 3/10, Block 4, Ashbourne Business Park, Ashbourne, Co. Meath A84X710 with details of your order reference number or invoice and reason for return. If we have sent you the item in error, the full cost of postage will be refunded.
If you have ordered an item incorrectly, we will also accept it for return (up to 28 days after purchase) provided it is in perfect condition. Postage will not be refunded in this instance.
We recommend that if you are returning goods by post, you retain proof of postage as refunds can only be made on receipt of the item for return.
Refunds can only be made back to the same debit/ credit card or PayPal account that was used to pay for the original order.
Shop Returns Policy
Our shops do not offer cash refunds on items personally selected. If you have proof of purchase and the goods you wish to return are in perfect condition, we may be able to exchange them or offer you a credit note. This does not affect your statutory rights.
